Mobile lab service offers a variety of medical collection services, including preventive care, diagnostic testing, insurance exam, DOT and NONDOT, DNA, Immigration and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.
To make an appointment, please use our online booking system.
Unfortunately, insurance does not cover for mobile lab collection unless you are considered homebound patients.
Depending on your insurance policy, your insurance company may cover the cost of this service. Please contact your insurance company to find out if you are covered.
We will issue you a payment receipt and you can submit to your insurance for imbursement if applicable as determined by your individual policy.
*Lab testing are billed by the laboratory that runs your samples.
A mobile phlebotomist will typically contact you within 24 hours or less to confirm a time, date and location. If you have not heard from anyone, please contact our support team at 770-549-5504.
We accepts Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express on the online booking portal.
A receipt will be provided after successful payment.
At this time, all balances owing must be paid before service is rendered.
All our appointments are scheduled within a 2-hour booking window. On the day of your appointment, you will receive an email or SMS when your lab technician is en route, along with their estimated time of arrival and an interactive map to track their progress to your location.
Once your lab technician has arrived, appointments generally take between 5-15 minutes per person depending on the type and number of samples being collected.
There is no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment time.
The service fee will be billed for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a select appointment, after a our technician enroute for the appointment ,or if the patient is not present at the time of the visit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know more than 24 hours before your appointment by signing into the MyLabVisit portal and going to the Appointments page to reschedule or cancel your visit(s).

Yes, you must first obtain a test requisition before scheduling your appointment.
Requisitions can be ordered by medical practitioners, dentists, insurance company agents, nurse practitioners, and naturopathic doctors.
Specialty kit- wait until you receive the kit to schduel your appointment.
We have thousands of medical professionals nationwide to service in your area.
Test results are typically available within 24-48 hours and will be sent directly to your physician and available to you through your preferred laboratory portal.
